11kk Terms & Conditions — Please read these terms carefully before becoming a member

This document 11kk (https://11kk.cash) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between 11kk and any member of the platform. Browsing the website, opening an account, or using any of our services means you have accepted these terms.

11kk An international online betting and gaming platform. We operate under an international license and demonstrate our fairness through regular independent audits.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, their legal validity is governed by the English version. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, they will all be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. If an account is created using incorrect or false details, 11kk reserves the right to close that account at any time.

• The name provided at registration must exactly match your National ID or passport
• The email address and mobile number provided must be active and personal
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• A scanned copy of your National ID or passport must be submitted for KYC
• You may be asked to submit documents along with a selfie photo if required

11kk Strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account on 11kk:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited
• Employees, directors, or close relatives of 11kk
• Anyone whose account has previously been closed or banned

For deposits and withdrawals 11kk follows specific rules that apply equally to all members.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• If KYC is not completed before a withdrawal request, the process may be put on hold
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly — no wagering required
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

All bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. 11kk Reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes
• Winnings from bonus play must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited
• 11kk may void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected
• The referred person must make their first deposit for you to receive the referral bonus

Regarding bet acceptance and cancellation 11kk follows set rules. A bet may be voided under the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed
• Any discrepancies detected in in-play odds after an event has started
• If fraudulent activity is suspected on a user's account

The full amount of any voided bet is returned to your account. If a match is postponed, the bet will be settled within 24 to 48 hours.

The following activities 11kkare strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or household
• Coordinated Betting for Bonus Abuse
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Selling or renting your account to another person
• Deposits or Withdrawals for Money Laundering Purposes
• Threatening or harassing support staff

If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and thoroughly investigated. Legal action may also be taken if fraud is confirmed.

11kk The platform operates on an "As Is" basis. 11kk is not fully liable for any bets lost or games left incomplete due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.

• 11kk will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's internet disconnection
• 11kk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems
• 11kk is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or browser

Users may close their account at any time. Upon contacting support, the process will be completed within 72 hours.

11kk 11kk may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• If verification fails or false information is provided
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority
• If voluntary self-exclusion is requested

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure is generally refunded; however, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

11kk Reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
